Description
We are the premier provider of non-destructive material testing services with extensive experience in custom designing and fabricating in-process QC and laboratory QA test systems which we sell or lease.
These devices are used to measure anisotropic/ dielectric properties of materials used in a variety of Electro-magnetic absorbing applications; including loaded foams, honeycomb, resistive film (R-cards), MagRAM, through low-loss/ low-dielectric materials used in radomes, antenna, and electronic applications. We have inspection capability for determining material uniformity, and defect detection such as voids, faulty repairs or RF leakage.
Our revolutionary Gaussian Beam antenna’s planar-wave, broadband, narrow beam size (without focus points), and greater dynamic ranges, produces distinct advantages over standard horns when used in insertion loss, reflection loss, and RCS applications. Our present test methods include: state-of-the-art Admittance Tunnels, Reflection Loss Arches, Surface Wave Tables, and RF Scanners operating over a range of frequencies from UHF/ VHF to beyond 20 GHz.
