Testing an electronic device or system implies applying the right stimuli to the device or system under test and analyzing the resulting behavior. In some cases, stimuli come from the real world, but in most situations a set of signals must be supplied by an instrument such as an arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) to ensure repeatable and deterministic testing. As devices and interfaces become faster and more complex, flexibility of test instruments becomes more and more important. During this one-hour webcast, you will learn the role of an AWG how it generates the most versatile signals.

Joe Evangelista, High Speed Digital and Analog Application Engineer, Keysight Technologies

Joe Evangelista is a high speed digital and analog application engineer with Keysight Technologies. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Mathematics from Marist College and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Iona College. Joe has held positions at Texaco Research Beacon and Loral Electronics Systems. In 1995 he joined Hewlett-Packard as a computer automation test application engineer focused on Bit Error Ratio testers and high speed oscilloscopes and has continued in that area with Keysight.
