Dave Engelder, Strategic Planner, Keysight Technologies

Dave Engelder earned a BSEE from University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1979. He joined Hewlett-Packard (HP) in 1980, and has devoted his entire 37-year career to RF & microwave measurements of all kinds. He has held customer support, R&D, marketing, management, and strategic/planning positions --- in HP, then Agilent, and now Keysight. In his current position, he digs deep to understand customers’ measurement needs, consults with management on investment decisions, develops “roadmaps” of future products, and works with R&D to guide development of new signal analyzer products & solutions.
