How do I send the UXM Error Logs to Keysight?

You can use the UXM’s Export Logs function to send the UXM platform log files to the Keysight support team. The Export log function can be found on the UXM Keysight Control Panel and should be used whenever you encounter an error and would like to send the logs to Keysight for analysis.

NOTE: It is important that you capture the error logs while the UXM is in its state of error. Only power cycle or restart the UXM once the UXM log files have been captured and saved. Do not power cycle or otherwise restart the UXM before capturing the log files as this will clear the error.
