다운로드 방법

  • Click the Download button.
  • Save the package to a folder on C drive of U8972A Functional Test System with Mac Panel Interface. 
  • The download will contain 4 executable files, 2 dll files, 3 csv files.

설치 방법

  1. Download installers
  2. Install VC++ 2013 Redistributable 12.0.30501.0, run both .exe below as administrator:
    - vc2013_redist_x64.exe
    - vc2013_redist_x86.exe
  3. Install M902x-1.0.94.1.exe as administrator.
  4. Install MPxiChassis_Setup-1.7.913.1.exe as administrator.
  5. Copy the files below from the shared folder to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Keysight\TS-5000 System Software\Bin”
    -hwh9018Chassis.dll
    -SysConfig.exe 
  6. Copy the files below to C:\Program Files (x86)\Keysight\TS-5000 System Software\Config
    -Modules-MAC-SIII.csv
    -parms-TS8900.csv
    -pximodel.cf

Note:

  1. You must be logged in to Windows with administrative privileges to install the software.
  2. Note that you must accept the terms of the license agreement to continue.
