다운로드 방법

  1. Unzip the zip file to a folder.
  2. Go to the folder PL23XX_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v202, click on “PL23XX-M_LogoDriver_Setup_v202_20200527.exe” to install the U5481B IR-USB cable driver.
  3. Double click the “Keysight U173xC Firmware Update Software (Version 3.07.002)” installer file to install the program.

설치 방법

  1. Connect the LCR meter to your PC via the U5481B IR-USB connectivity cable and turn on the LCR meter.
  2. Go to Start > All Programs > Keysight Technologies > Keysight U173XC Firmware Update > Keysight U173XC Firmware Update Software (Version 3.07.002).
  3. Click “Auto Search COM Port” button to search and detect the unit. The model number, serial number and current firmware version of the LCR meter will be displayed in the “Model Number”, “Serial Number” and “Current Version” field.
  4. Make sure the instrument is connected before you start the firmware update. Click “Upload Firmware” to start the firmware update.
  5. The LCR meter will reset and recover itself after firmware update.
