다운로드 방법

  1. Click the download button.
  2. Save the file to your computer and note the directory where the file is saved.
  3. Unzip the file and save the 'CHECKSUM' and 'update' files separately on a USB thumbdrive.

설치 방법

  1. Mount the USB thumbdrive on the USB port on the front panel.   
  2. Go to Utilities > System Settings > About > Firmware Update to update the firmware.
  3. Reboot the instrument upon firmware update.
