The 8719ET, 8720ET and 8722ET firmware upgrade, revision 07.62, is compatible with Windows 3.1, WindowsNT, Windows 95 and Windows 98? operating systems1.

This firmware upgrade is compatible with all Keysight 8719ET, 8720ET and 8722ET vector network analyzers.

Downloading Instructions

To download the 8719ET, 8720ET and 8722ET firmware upgrade, click on the hyperlink provided below. When the "Save As" dialog box appears, save the 8720ET762.exe file to your computer's hard drive.

This file is a Windows self-extracting file. Select start, run and type in the path to the file, or press the browse button to navigate through the directory structure to the file. Select the OK button. This process will uncompress the 8720ET_7._62 file2.

Installation Instructions

Transfer the firmware file to an MS-DOS? formatted 3.5-inch disk. Insert the disk into the network analyzer's floppy-disk drive. If the power is off, turn on the network analyzer to upload the new firmware into the instrument. If the instrument is on, then simply cycle the power to upload the firmware. Once the file has finished uploading, the instrument will display the new firmware revision number. After installation of the firmware upgrade, the 8719ET, 8720ET or 8722ET microwave vector network analyzer is ready for use.
