Orders placed before 3:30 PM PT and accepted by Keysight will be shipped free of charge same day and delivered in 2 business days in the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
Business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

The following exceptions will require orders to be reviewed for acceptance and may cause delay with order processing and delivery times:
New customer using Purchase Orders
New customer orders that require security or address verification
Tax exempt orders
Credit card declined
Outstanding receivables
Any changes to the order
