E4727B Advanced Low-Frequency Noise Analyzer (A-LFNA)

This release adds support for Keysight’s next generation of low-frequency noise measurement system: the new E4727B Advanced Low-Frequency Noise Analyzer (A-LFNA). The E4727B A-LFNA brings dramatic improvements of key system performance, such as frequency bandwidth, noise floor, and measurement speed. Existing E4727A A-LFNA users needs to install A-LFNA 2020 in conjunction with WaferPro Express Update 1.0. Some of the new capabilities included in WaferPro Express Update 1.0 and A-LFNA 2020 include:

Measurements:

  • New Real-time data display
  • Saving of post-processed data

Data Viewer:

  • Improved data update speed
  • AF/KF extraction
  • Arbitrary file name for statistical .csv file
  • Mean & median output in statistical .csv file
  • Context output in statistical .csv file
  • Shot noise compensation support
