Combine network analysis and impedance analysis functions in a single instrument

The E5061B Option 005 provides the impedance analysis capabilities for the E5061B ENA LF-RF Vector Network Analyzer with Option 3L3/3L4/3L5. This software option enables the analyzer to measure impedance parameters of electronic components such as capacitors, inductors, and resonators.

The convenience of impedance analysis capabilities built into the network analyzer further enhances the analyzer’s versatility as a general-purpose R&D tool. The measurement capabilities including fixture compensation, calibration and equivalent circuit analysis are supported with the software. DC-biased impedance measurements are possible by using the built-in DC bias source equipped with the E5061B Option 3L3/3L4/3L5.
