86100C-202 Enhanced Impedance and S-Parameter Software compliments 86100C TDR/TDT mode and provides a fully integrated, real-time, and calibrated TDR and S-Parameter measurement solution.

TDR/TDT and S-Parameters are used for a variety of reasons:

Accurate S-Parameter results are realized as a result of a TDR Calibration (not required, but recommended). 86100C-202 results correlate extremely well with Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) based measurements, the industry standard when it comes to making S-Parameter measurements.

The 86100C user interface supports external edge accelerators and remote sampling heads that enable sub-millimeter two-event resolution and S-Parameter measurements to 50GHz.
