Description

This advanced software application performs compliant jitter measurements on long patterns, such as PRBS31 or live traffic, and performs BER contour mask testing on high-speed electrical, or optical, designs.

86100CU-401 Advanced EYE Analysis runs on an external PC, or 86100C DCA-J, running Microsoft® Office Excel 2003/2007. It extracts precision waveforms from the 86100C DCA-J and processes them in MS Excel. For the highest accuracy jitter measurements the application leverages measurements made by 86100C-200 Enhanced Jitter Analysis (Jitter Mode). Alternatively, it can also operate standalone if Jitter Mode is not installed – the choice is yours!

The software application operates with any 86100C DCA-J hardware configuration. 86100CU-401 is ordered as a software upgrade and is licensed to a single 86100C mainframe using the instrument’s host ID and serial number.
