Configuration Considerations

  • Option 002 hardware splits JTAG and trace signals from a single Mictor into a separate Mictor trace and BERG JTAG connector

Description

The Keysight E9595A analysis probe provides electrical and mechanical connections between your ARM7/9 or ARM7/9 ETM (depending on option selected, refer to "Key Specifications") target system and a Keysight logic analyzer or logic analysis system.

Inverse Assembly capability is also provided.
