for probing today’s high-density ICs and circuit boards. Keysight pioneered modular amp + head type probes starting with the InfiniiMax I probing system. Since then, we have consistently improved the bandwidth, added more variety of probe heads and accessories, implemented S parameter corrections, and added more probe functionality such as InfiniiMode. The new MX0023A is the 5th generation InfiniiMax probe system, raising the RC probe bandwidth to 25 GHz.
