Orders place before 12:00pm CET Monday – Friday and accepted by Keysight will be shipped free of charge the same day and delivered in 2 business days in PAN EU countries, UK, and Norway.
Business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

New customer orders that require security or address verification
Tax exempt orders
Credit card declined
Outstanding receivables
