Description

Test Strategy: PTC1 is acting as the serving BS(BS1). One downlink and one uplink service flow are established between
the IUT and PTC1. The TEK keys are available and used on the two service flows(verification by ping exchange).
Then PTC1 is leading the MS(IUT)to handover with BS2(a procedure using a MOB_MSHO_REQ message is
triggered by PTC1).
PTC2 is acting as the target BS(BS2)and during the handover ranging step sends a RNG-RSP message
including HO Process Optimization TLV Bit#1 and Bit #2 set to 1. PTC2 verifies that the IUT does not
send a message for PKM Authentication phase,TEK creation phase and SA-TEK 3-way handshake.
The PTC2 is establishing one downlink and one uplink service flow and then is verifying that the
TEK keys used in PTC1 are used for a ping exchange.
