Keysight Earns Top 50 Spot in Wall Street Journal 250 Best-Managed Companies

Keysight Technologies starts 2023 on a high note, ranking in the top 50 on the Wall Street Journal's (WSJ) Annual Management Top 250 and in the top ten for customer satisfaction. The Drucker Institute, part of Claremont Graduate University, assesses company effectiveness using a combination of five components: customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility, and financial strength. With worldwide uncertainties on the minds of many, Keysight is honored to be recognized as a well-managed business.  

The Drucker Institute examines the largest, most profitable, and most influential companies in the United States. It focuses on various industries, including technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services. 

The institute developed the Management Top 250 to align with the writings of Peter Drucker, considered the father of modern management and a world-renowned professor, consultant, and Wall Street Journal columnist. Drucker's fifteen principles, including customer satisfaction, innovation, and financial viability, help further confirm to Keysight customers, employees, and investors that the company is doing things right and leadership is doing the right things.

Keysight earns WSJ's top ten for customer satisfaction

In addition to its overall position in the top 50, Keysight Technologies also placed among the top ten organizations in customer satisfaction, demonstrating its strong commitment to providing outstanding value and sustaining partnerships with customers to foster growth for them and Keysight. 

To assess customer satisfaction, the Management Top 250 surveyed customers randomly via email to determine their overall sentiment and willingness to recommend the organization to other companies. Other performance factors included product integrity, sales practices, marketing, and social impacts. Keysight has always focused on these and other elements which help inform the company's guiding principles and focus on customer-centricity.
