Introducing PathWave Model Builder 2020 Update 1.0
PathWave Model Builder 2020 Update 1.0 adds the support for AgeMOS simulation and model tuning by invoking native Spectre.
- Supports AgeMOS model simulation by invoking external Spectre.
- Supports compact model, subckt model or binning model as a core model.
- Supports HCI, BTI or composed HCI and BTI with core model.
- Provides default example project with pre-defined IMV plots: Vth/Idsat vs. time, delta Vth/Idsat vs. time, etc.
- Supports extend simulation for instance parameters and time.
