* B1525A HV-SPGU Module
* EasyEXPERT/Desktop EasyEXPERT 3.2 or later
  Available for download free of charge from www.agilent.com

Installation
====================
1. Run setup.exe
2. Import the application tests from the source folder 
( C:\Program Files\Agilent\B1500\EasyEXPERT\Utilities\SPGUPIV\AppTest )
by Library > Import Test Definitions... in the following order.

  1) SPGU PLSDIV.xtd
  2) SPGU PLSDIV Id-Vg.xtd
  3) SPGU PLSDIV Id-Vd.xtd
