Marie Hattar is Chief Marketing Officer of Keysight Technologies. As CMO, Marie is responsible for Keysight's brand and global marketing efforts. She drives Keysight's corporate positioning, messaging and communications to both internal and external audiences. Marie has more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience spanning the security, routing, switching, telecom and mobility markets.

Before becoming Keysight's CMO, Marie was chief marketing officer at Ixia and at Check Point Software Technologies where she reestablished those companies as leaders in their industries. Prior to that, she was Vice President at Cisco where she led the company's enterprise networking and security portfolio and helped drive the company's leadership in networking. Marie also worked at Nortel Networks, Alteon WebSystems, and Shasta Networks in senior marketing and CTO positions.

Marie received a master's degree in Business Administration in Marketing from York University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Mark Wallace

Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Mark Wallace is senior vice president, global sales for Keysight. As the leader of the company's global sales function, Wallace is responsible for orders and customer satisfaction for the company.

Most recently, Wallace was vice president and general manager of the Americas Field Operations for Keysight. Prior to that position, Wallace held a variety of leadership positions across sales, marketing, and channel management.

Wallace joined Hewlett-Packard in 1985 as a field engineer selling test and measurement products to the wireless industry. In 1995, he was named global business development manager responsible for sales and business development in Asia and Europe for major wireless accounts. Two years later, he was promoted to wireless sales manager for major accounts in the U.S.

Following the Agilent split from Hewlett-Packard in 1999, Wallace joined the Wireless Business Unit as channel manager responsible for global account management and business development into the wireless industry worldwide. He was later promoted to worldwide marketing manager responsible for all inbound and outbound marketing within the Wireless Business Unit. In August 2004, he was named national sales manager within North America and through several assignments has managed all portions of the US and Canadian test and measurement sales organizations, until his promotion to Americas Field Operation vice president in November 2011.

Wallace graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 1987 and has attended the University of Chicago for executive studies. He is a member of IIT's Armour College of Engineering Advisory Board.

Kailash Narayanan

Kailash Narayanan is Vice President and General Manager of Keysight’s wireless test business. He is responsible for R&D, product and solution development, marketing and sales, and delivery to the wireless ecosystem that includes chipset and device makers, contract manufacturers, and service providers.

Kailash has a 20+ year tenure with Hewlett-Packard/Agilent/Keysight during which he has held management positions in R&D, manufacturing and in businesses spanning wireline backhaul, base stations, electronic components, wireless handsets, and fiber optics.

He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago and an MBA from Walden University.

Davis Chen

Taipei Head and US Senior Director of Engineering, Qualcomm

In 1998, Davis Chen joined Qualcomm’s networking and infrastructure division. He has contributed to the development of CDMA IS-95 on many Infrastructure subsystems including Globalstar Satellite System and Phone. His tenure at the customer engineering team started in 2001. As one of the few founding member of the CE team, Davis has lead the developments in many areas including BSP, Multimedia, PMIC, RF, and Modem. In the most recent years, he has lead and built a strong RF front end software team which successfully launched many Envelop Tracking, MIMO, Antenna Switch Diversity, Qualcomm Power Amplifier (QPA) and PA modules designs.

Last year, Davis Chen integrated and lead the Taiwan CE team, where he was involved in customer supports in technologies such as Modem Core, AP Core, Hardware, RF, Connectivity, and IoT, extending the market understanding on the advanced technology innovation and future development.

Davis Chen holds BS and MS degree in Computer Science from UCI and UCSD.

Jeffrey Chen

General Manager, Greater China Wireless Application Engineering Organization

Jeffrey Chen is general manager of Greater China Wireless Application Engineering Organization of Keysight Technologies Taiwan.

Named general manager in May 2019, Jeffrey leads the wireless application engineering teams providing test solution development & support services in broad wireless industries. The technologies & customers involved includes 5G and 4/3/2G Mobile Communication, Wireless Infrastructures, Wireless Connectivity, Internet of Things, millimeter wave communication, chipset IC and device designers, researchers, manufacturers, operators and certification labs in Greater China region. Meanwhile, Jeffrey and his team work with wireless reference designers worldwide to offer solutions to global wireless ecosystems.

Prior to that, Jeffrey was the Greater China wireless technical director in 2013. He was also the Greater China key account CTO in 2016 on top of his role to provide a broader view in the test & measurement industry for technical collaboration with major customers of Keysight in Greater China region.

Jeffrey has been being responsible for Cellular Phone Conformance Test System business development since 2003 in Taiwan and managing the solution delivery team. In 2007, South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand were added into Jeffrey’s territory under his management as well.

Jeffrey holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University. He started his career since 1999 joining Hewlett Packard Taiwan as a project & application engineer for system solutions.

Beate Hoehne

Director of Sales & Business Development of CSG, Internet Infrastructure, Keysight Technologies

Beate Hoehne leads an international team of business development engineers responsible for the development and implementation of effective sales, marketing and business strategies for Keysight’s worldwide Networks and Data Centers portfolio.

Beate joined Keysight Technologies (formerly Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies) in 1989 as a consultant in the computer business. During her 27-year career within the company, she held various Marketing positions including

• Strategic product and business planning • Sales development for a start-up business • Marketing Manager for an OEM Business focusing on customer relationship management. • Product Manager for Pulse Pattern Generators and Arbitrary Waveform Generators • NPI and Launch Manager for a comprehensive digital, photonic and sources product portfolio.

Beate was born in Paderborn, Germany and holds a degree in Business Computer Science.

Michael Reser manages the business development and portfolio management function for Keysight’s automotive and energy solution business unit. Michael is responsible for strategic and operational sales and business development and solution/portfolio marketing activities with a key focus on current and future test solutions for automotive and energy markets across target customer’s entire life cycle.

Michael joined Agilent Technologies, Inc. (Keysight Technologies’ predecessor company) in 2000 as a business analyst. Before taking up his present position, Michael held Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, Business Development and various management positions within Agilent’s and Keysight’s digital test business.

Michael was born in Marbach, Germany in 1973 and holds a bachelor degree in economics and a master degree in Business Administration from the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim.

Eric Tai

Senior Technical Manager, MediaTek

Eric Tai , Senior technical manager at MediaTek Inc., is responsible for 3GPP LTE/CIoT/5GNR/CV2X technical collaboration and feature alignment with operators, all infrastructure vendors, testing instrument vendors from 2013.

Before joined MediaTek, Eric was manager of Modem/Protocol team at HTC Cooperation with more than 10-year experience in mobile communication industry. He is familiar with modem protocol stack, SW project management, hardware (Antenna, RF, and baseband) architecture, and carrier ecosystem.

Eric has product commercializing experience for carriers (including customer requirement implementation, field issue troubleshooting, certification, LAB entry, launch management, strategy cooperation).

Eric holds a Master of Engineering - MEng, Communication and EE from National Tsing Hua University

Project Manager of Integrated Photonics Department, ITRI

March Chen received Master degree in Institute of Electronics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2007 and joined EOSL ITRI in 2008. He works as process integration engineer and deputy manager of 3DIC project for 8 years. Currently, he is a project manager and in charge of integrated photonics department. The team is working on developing silicon photonics related technologies including device, process, packaging and testing. ​

Jesse Wang

FAE Manager, TI

Jesse Wang is an FAE manager in Embedded Processor Device at Texas Instrument. He and his team is responsible for connectivity products including BT/WIFI/Sub 1G/Zigbee/proprietary 2.4G and mmWave radar technical support in Taiwan.

Jesse joined TI in 2002 for Bluetooth FAE and started leading the team of Bluetooth and WIFI supporting smartphone business in 2006. He was elected as MGTS (Member Group Technical Staff) in 2007 at TI, and expanded his/his team’s coverage to all TI Embedded RF products until now. The mmWave radar was added into his charter last year.

His technical expertise is in Bluetooth, WiFi, mmWave radar sensor, and other wireless connectivity solution especially in radio system design.
