Advancing STEM
DEI outreach is the key to unlocking the unlimited potential of those who might traditionally be left behind. We partner with educational STEM programs aimed at underrepresented communities, girls, and women.
Discovery Education
In connection with the STEM Careers Coalition, Keysight offers educational services including an open website with Keysight career profiles, curriculum resource development, licensing for diverse school students, and teacher STEM materials and curriculum.
Society of Women Engineers
Keysight has hosted SWE (Society of Women Engineers) events in Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, India, and China, and sponsors memberships for all interested Keysight employees.
Introduce a Girl
to Engineering Day (IGED)
Keysight is a proud supporter of this internationally recognized event in Santa Rosa and Penang. The IGED mission is to promote STEM concepts and careers to students in grades 6 through 12.
Keysight Learn
To encourage lifelong learning and support the needs of engineers at all levels, Keysight launched this eLearning platform by engineers, for engineers.
Assembling diverse teams
Diverse teams are a catalyst for inclusive innovation. We are increasing the diversity of our workforce through inclusive recruitment, comprehensive benefits, fair pay, and professional development.
