In this setup, the DS1142A and DS1180A are responsible for executing precise and customizable fault injection attacks on the device under test. Meanwhile, the DS1050A captures high-resolution measurements of the device’s response, feeding real-time data into Inspector Software, which provides a centralized interface for test control, visualization, and analysis. This tightly integrated workflow enables security researchers and engineers to conduct sophisticated, repeatable attack campaigns with greater efficiency and insight.
