Join us at the IoT Security Foundation event on Tuesday 7th November

With billions of IoT devices in use around the world and more on the way, security testing is critical, as new threats and regulations continue to evolve.

This is one of the reasons why Keysight is delighted to be a member of the IoT Security Foundation so that we can share the work we are doing with multiple industry standard bodies on IoT device security.

Come and join us at the IoTSF event on the 7th November at London’s IET where Scott Register, our VP of Security will share his experience of working in the industry and how Keysight are helping organizations to protect IoT devices from cyber threats and meet new IoT compliance standards.

This includes our work with the Technological Advisory Council (TAC) for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Industry consortia (IOWN, NextG Alliance, QED-C), as well the O-RAN Alliance, where we have created automated cybersecurity certification testing for WG11 standards.

At the event Scott will be also be speaking about Keysight’s role in the 2023 White House initiative to improve IoT security called the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark. This is a IoT labeling program for consumer IoT devices, outlining a set of cybersecurity standards for smart devices that requires devices to pass cybersecurity tests and provide data usage transparency. The National institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) devised the cybersecurity standards for the program. To learn more about The Cyber Trust Mark program read our blog.

Keysight makes it easy and cost-effective to comply with IoT standards and achieve certification with our IoT Security Assessment product. This turnkey cybersecurity certification platform enables automated security testing through a point-and-click interface, allowing device makers to quickly bring new IoT products to market without hiring a large team of cybersecurity experts.
