Giampaolo Tardioli
Dr. Giampaolo Tardioli is Vice President, General Manager, and Head of Keysight's High Frequency Measurements (HFM) Center of Excellence. He is responsible for Keysight's RF and microwave test portfolio spanning signal analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzers, and RF accessories. In this role he sets product strategy, leads R&D and new product introduction programs. His current market focus includes 6G test infrastructure, high-speed digital interconnect measurement for 448G and beyond, Aerospace and Defense modernization and the integration of AI into instrument design and software development workflows.
Dr. Tardioli joined Hewlett-Packard in 1998 as a test engineer and has held senior management roles in R&D, product planning, quality, and operations across division and business unit levels. He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Università Politecnica delle Marche, Italy, and a Ph.D. in Computational Electromagnetics from the University of Victoria, Canada.
