Chris Williams
Chris Williams is Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Keysight Technologies and has global responsibility for the development and implementation of the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. She also co-leads Keysight’s LGBTQA employee network group, focused on building community for employees that identify as LGBTQ and allies. Chris joined Keysight in 2018, holding various leadership roles on the Corporate Communications team, working with the Chief Operating Officer and most recently the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Keysight, Chris worked in the higher education space in various marketing and communications roles, including head of global marketing, where she led cross-functional teams, developed thought leadership, increased lead generation, and advanced the corporate brand. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language and literature from Baker University.
