After leading a Professional Services team dedicated to delivering deep insights to high-value clients, Ben transitioned into a Customer Operations role and now serves as the Business Owner for Eggplant Monitoring—a solution designed to safeguard some of the world’s largest online businesses by providing actionable performance intelligence and dependable alerting to ensure optimal user experience and business continuity.
In his spare time Ben has three children and a dog and therefore has no spare time.
