Lea M. Baylis is a leader who specializes in aligning and inspiring teams to tackle business challenges, and she gets especially fired up about challenges connected to social impact and corporate responsibility. As Corporate Community Engagement Manager Lea manages partnerships to facilitate community impact, engages with the broader Keysight community in service of volunteerism and philanthropy, and loves to learn about the ways Keysight colleagues are making a difference in their communities. Prior to joining Keysight in 2017, Lea was in non-profit management and legal operations. She is passionate about social equity, using business for good, and creating systems where people thrive. Lea holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and an M.B.A. from Sonoma State University.
