I selected RS-232 as the connection type. The COM Port list box displays "0" which is not a correct COM Port number. What does it mean?

The COM Port list box displays all available COM ports on your PC. However, only "0" is displayed if all COM ports are being used other application(s) such as HyperTerminal and Visa Assistant. Please close all other applications before using the PSG/ESG Upgrade Assistant.
