Can I control timeouts in Command Expert?

For SCPI instruments, you can set the DefaultTimeout transport resource; see the Help Documentation section titled "Error Handling in Command Expert" on setting transport resources. Also, you can control the timeout for connecting to the instrument using the Connection Timeout setting in the Options dialog.

When using IVI-COM drivers, consult the documentation for the driver for any commands to control timeouts.
