Can U1602A/B and U1604A/B measure capacitance of 0.13nF?

Based on the datasheet, for 0.13nF, it falls in the range of 60nF. To calculate the range of fluctuation of the reading, it is given to be 2% of reading and 0.2% of range. So, the range of error is 0.2% x 60nF = 0.12nF. This is already close the 0.13nF capacitance that you would like to measure. Therefore, it is unsuitable to be used to measure such a small capacitance.
