How often do I need to run the RF Preselector alignments in my EMI Receiver?

While you can run these as often as you like there are two conditions in the instrument that will require that the alignments be run. These are:

• If it has been 14 days since the last time they were run
• If the internal instrument temperature has changed by more than 3°

You can see the status of both of these conditions by looking at the System, Alignments, Show Alignment Statistics screen. There you will see the current temperatures for the different parts of the instrument for each of these alignments, along with the time and temperature that the alignments were last run at. From this information you can determine why an alignment is being required.
