Added support for Option 602 internal
baseband generator with digital bus capability.

Added the ability to upload encrypted
waveforms from the signal generator.
This gives the user the ability to transfer a waveform from the signal
generator to a computer and then download this waveform to a different signal
generator. Requires firmware C.03.31 or
later.
NOTE: If
the waveform was created with an optional signal creation application (i.e.
Signal Studio or a waveform created within the PSG), the signal generator is
required to have the license key (alpha-numeric code) for that particular
option installed before playback of that waveform is allowed.
