How to match impedance?

N9923A or E5061 impedance 50Ω
DUT impedance < 1Ω
What could I do to make sure impedance matching?

If you are saying that the DUT series resistance is about 1 ohm (like a closed switch), you don't need to do anything. The port 2 will add in series with that to give 51 ohms and the error correction will take care of the mismatch to show you the proper return loss.
