Hi,
Could someone tell me how to create parameterized shapes in ADS layout? For example, how to define a rectangle by two parameters "length" and "width", instead of real numbers. Of course, "length" and "width" should be edible when we insert the component.

ADS tutorial introduces this, i.e., file-->design parameters. I can see how to create parameters. But I couldn't figure out how to assign the parameters to the rectangle created.

Thanks.

As I remember you drive this from the schematic window. Creating objects and then do a create layout and place the object. Variables can be used to define the dimensions of the objects. Changes are then driven from the schematic. It has been a while since I did this and it was not fun to start with.
