Changing the samlpling rate to 1.0 will capture all data, passing and failing.

Furthermore, by modifying the log level to remove ", pins" you can capture shorts and opens data.

From there you can write a script that will parse out the log files anyway that is useful, something like this that can import to a spreadsheet (this was originally delimited differently):

So I wondered why I wasnt getting any requests for the PBQ tool and come to find out my emails were not going to my mailbox. I've now sent out copies of the tool to everyone that had sent me an email over the last year. Hopefully all of you have it by now. If not, you can send me a PM and I will send out a copy now that I am getting my emails.
Well, I have sent out many copies of the tool in the last week. Unfortunately I have had a report that it doesnt run after installation. I tried on my lab machine also, and I cannot get to the icon or control panel for the tool.
Has anyone had any luck getting this to work? This is a contrib utility and Agilent does not have the source code for it.
There is a software from a Software engineer here in Europe who sell a product that can do this. I have attached the software, and you can use it for one month. After this the license will expire. I will contact the owner of the Software and point him to your request. May be you find together a way how you can get a valid license witch works for more then a month.
I could not use this software, anyone have any other or some other way for me to extract this data?
I'm trying to reduce false failures in my tests and it would help a lot. You that I experience in these cases to a false failure rate too high, as I tail off these false failures in analog and testjet?

Why you can not use the software ? did you encountred problem during install or during analyzing the log files ?
Regarding your request to reduce false failure rate, did you tried enabling IYET (Intelligent Yield Enhacement Test ) in your testplan?
The IYET is very useful since it will retest automatically , the failing analog test .
