if it passes IPG on Unix - this is place to start - so first make a copy of the directory to another 'safe' directory location where it doesnt matter if you make a mistake > then run IPG and make sure it passes on UX
another thing that helps, is if you are at software revision 05.21 on Unnix and then you can convert any tests to use the PC style delimiter which uses a '%' instead of ':' as seperator for the parent:child type tests (i.e. panel tests, diodes resistor packs etc..)
this is done my using 'enable common delimiter' in board config and you can then convert your test programs on Unix to the new file seperation - it makes transition much easier from UX to PC
main problem you will face initially is the different library path structure, because it is no longer /hp3070 etc,, , it is C:/Agilent_ICT... - this is main area for issues and needs to be corrected in the board file and any calls to data logging in tetsplan etc.., and also missing library files objects - apart from that transition is straightforward, and is MUCH easier if you can get to use the new delimiter structure on UX before swapping over
I had the same problem a few months and what I did to fix it was to develop my own "conversion tool". This was the only way to make the conversion because I have to migrate a lot of programs with the same problem.
If you need help in the future maybe I could help.
