Is there anyway to configure the RSS portion to display the full post and not just up to the first line break?

I'll update here if I find a way we can tweak this. The rss feed does truncate the post (as in the old forum) but it would be nice to have a few more lines.

One alternative if you want to get the entire body of the post - turn on a watch for the Category, Forum, Thread or user you want to follow. Watch emails include the username of the author, the forum posted in, the time stamp and the full text of the post. It's a different way to receive the content but it gives you much more info.

I was about to ask the same thing.

The old RSS feed was better -- it shows the entire post ... well, except for attachments, where one needs to login, but that's fair enough.

A couple of extra line just won't cut it.

And nice new forum by the way ... still trying out all the new features!

Hi guys - found the answer to both increasing the number of posts and getting the full post - just add the following at the end of your RSS feed URL

&numItems=50&full=true

For example, the following RSS feed will give full post, for the most recent 50 posts for the entire forums(category ID=1)

http://www.home.agilent.com/owc_discussions/rss/rssmessages.jspa?categoryID=1&numItems=50&full=true

Just replace the ID with the forum you are interested in (just hover over the forum title and you'll see the ID number in your browser status bar)

Point your RSS reader here for a feed of the latest messages in all forums
