I am running a bunch of thru files through the "automatic fixture removal" utilitie in PLTS, and saving out the de-embeded fixture files. It works just fine on most of the files. On others I am getting an error stating "the length of the source freq. and data are not identical, export can not be achieved". The s2p files seem fine as far as I can tell.
To be more specific I am importing the attached thru file. Then using the automatic fixture removal and loading the same thru file to get the de-embeded fixture files (1 and 2), and writing them out. Now if I uncheck the "Output De-embeded Fixture Files" the utilitie seems to work just fine. The graph looks as expected. I only get the error when trying to write the files out.
The version of PLTS is 5.500. I have also attached one of the s2p files for your convenience.
I tried using AFR on your file and it worked fine in PLTS 2012. I saw that the start and step frequencies were slightly different and I know that in some of the older versions of PLTS AFR was strict about the start and step frequencies being identical and that was changed late in the PLTS 5.5 versions (probably 5.503) or PLTS 2011. I've attached the split files to this post. If points are not an issue, I would recommend using a start and step frequency of either 10 MHz or maybe 20 or 50 MHz.
