This patch includes fixes across three main applications, ART, AQT and ITF. The patch for ART and AQT are included inside one patch file and there are RepairTool30d and QualityTool10d respectively. This patch is accumulative in nature and contains all fixes released in the last release (ITF 3.0a patch).

AQT:  SP50 defect attributes can now be charted in AQT.  Note that ITF and AQT on this patch are not handling measurement data CR15290

Software patch revision 3.0d installation instructions:

  1. Download the patch, ITF Server 3.0d onto the ITF Server.
  2. On the ITF Server, make sure the ITF services are stopped.

    Double-click on the file C:\Program Files\Keysight Technologies\Intelligent Test Framework\Util\Diag\Stop.bat.
  3. Install the ITF Server patch components.

    Double-click on ITFServer30d.exe self-extracting executable file.
    Follow the instructions in the Install Shield.

    If you have a 5DX connected to the ITF, you will need to modify your TRCMDPRO.CMD. For details of modification, please refer to the release notes.
  4. If you have an ART Client, install the ART patch components on the Repair Clients. The extraction included the patches for ART. These files were extracted in the shared "C:\Program Files\Keysight Technologies\Intelligent Test Framework\Install\Repair" directory.

    Go to the ART Client PC and map a drive to the ITF Server "Install" directory to download the ART patch.

    While on the ART Client PC, double click on the file RepairTool30d.exe. This will install the patch for the ART Client.
  5. If you have an AQT Client, install the AQT patch components on the Repair Clients. The extraction included the patches for AQT. These files were extracted in the shared "C:\Program Files\Keysight Technologies\Intelligent Test Framework\Install\Quality" directory.

    Go to the AQT Client PC and map a drive to the ITF Server "Install" directory to download the ART patch.

    While on the AQT Client PC, double click on the file QualityTool10d.exe. This will install the patch for the AQT Client.
  6. If you have a Keysight SJ Series connected to ITF, install the new ITFSJComponents30d.exe. For details of applying this package, please refer to the release notes.
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
