ファームウェアのダウンロード手順
- 下記の"E4982A Firmware Revision A.XX.XX"をクリックします。PCのハードディスクのテンポラリ・ディレクトリ（例 C:TEMP）に、.exeファイルをコピーします。
- .exeファイルを解凍するには、テンポラリ・ディレクトリに移動して、ファイルをダブルクリックします。
