There are currently two different FM Deviation Measurement Personalities for the ESA-E Series Spectrum Analyzers, Option J35 & J36. Be sure to choose the correct download for the desired Option.

Note: These FM Deviation Measurement Upgrades are only for use with ESA-E Series Spectrum Analyzers. You must currently have a license for this software to be able to use these downloads.

The "ESA Personality Installation Procedure" will guide you through:

  • Downloading the installation image
  • Creating an installation floppy disk set
  • Loading the software into your ESA
  • Verifying the installation
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
