To use this, first save the BenchLink waveform as a binary file. Then change the .bin file name and GPIB address in the VEE example to agree with your file name and GPIB address of your 33120A. With the 33120A connected to your computer via the GPIB interface, run the VEE program. The waveform should then download to the 33120A within approximately 20 seconds. You will have to set the output frequency and amplitude after this has been done. You should now be able to verify your arbitrary waveform at the 33120A output with a scope.

Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
