To begin your free trial:

  • Locate the Host ID from the PC/Instrument on which you installed the software
    Download the software here
  • Select Start > (All) Programs > [Keysight] or [Keysight License Manager] > Keysight License Manager
  • Select the trial link from the following table, complete the contact information, provide the Host ID and submit the form
