How to request eDelivery: When you place your order for this product, request an eDelivery license. Your software entitlement certificate will be sent to you via email, often on the same day. Upon receipt, you can retrieve your software enablement keys at Keysight’s license web site and then begin using your Keysight software immediately.

Include the following information on your purchase order:

  • the word “eDelivery”
  • the email address where you want the certificate sent

Cost: There is no additional cost for eDelivery.

In Addition: With eDelivery, a paper entitlement certificate will also be shipped for your records.
