NOTE: The software links below also support the 16850 series portable logic analyzers, U4154A logic analyzer module, and U4301A, U4421A, and U4431A protocol analyzer modules, however for these products Keysight recommends using version 6.00 or higher of the Logic and Protocol Analyzer software to take advantage of the latest features, minor enhancements and resolved issues.
