Can the 6000 Series oscilloscopes make floating measurements?

Like most other digitizing oscilloscopes, the new 6000 Series oscilloscope is not designed to offer floating measurement by itself. With the 6000 Series oscilloscope, you can make floating or differential measurements using a differential probe. We would recommend the Keysight differential probes:

• N2772A (20 MHz differential probe measuring up to 600V).
• 1141A (use with 1142A power module – 200 MHz differential probe measuring up to 200 V or 500 V with 100:1 attenuator).
• 1130A InfiniiMax probe (1.5 GHz bandwidth differential probe amplifier measuring up to 30 V).
