B1500A Application Test : Creating a Test Sequence Using the B1500A EasyEXPERT Software
Library Installation:
Install this software update in the following instrument.
- B1500A with EasyEXPERT
"IV sequence" application test definition used in the application note can be downloaded. The "IV Sequence.zip" includes the IV Sequence.xtd test definition and the background GUI image.
- Import the application test definition into the B1500A EasyEXPERT Library.
"IV sequence" application test definition is imported in the "CMOS" library category.
- Copy the IV_sequence.png to C:\ProgramFiles\ Keysight\B1500\EasyEXPERT\Graphics\Backgrounds folder.
Revision:
This application test definition runs for all revisions of the Keysight B1500A EasyEXPERT software.
