How are the Keysight 8481B and Keysight 8482B Power Sensors Connected to the Power Meter "POWER REF" Output during User Calibration?

The Keysight 8481B and 8482B power sensors are considered "high power'"sensors. They are specified to operate over an input level of 0 dBm to +44 dBm (1 mW to 25 W). As such, these power sensors include a 30 dB attenuator. Prior to connection of the sensor to the power meter's "POWER REF" connector, the external attenuator must be removed. Upon completion of the user calibration and removal of the sensor from the "POWER REF" connector ,re-connect the external attenuator to the sensor (prior to performing an unknown power measurement).
