One of my B1500A modules is bad. Can I just send the module to the Keysight Service Center for repair?

No. After repair or replacement the module can only be verified after it has been installed into your B1500A’s mainframe. In addition, after repair or replacement of a module the B1500A needs to have performance verification (PV) done in order for Keysight to guarantee that the instrument meets its specifications.
